ONLINE ONLY - I offer one to one online support for people navigating life’s challenges; from anxiety and overwhelm to relationship issues, self doubt and inner conflict. I draw on both integrated coaching methods and Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy. IFS Therapy is an excellent way to quickly calm your system and get results that other modalities do not. I also offer bereavement counselling.
